Code of Conduct Policy

TO ALL TENANTS OF ONE VANDERBILT:
We recently implemented a Code of Conduct for tenants and visitors when using building common areas and amenity spaces. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in disruptive behavior, littering, smoking / vaping, possessing firearms / weapons, and wearing offensive apparel, to name a few. Failure to comply with this policy could result in common area access restriction for a tenant or visitor.
For a complete copy of our Code of Conduct policy, please reference the attached document. Separately, all visitors who receive an email pass will be advised that entry into the building is subject to our Code of Conduct. Copies will also be available at the lobby desk upon request.
